Sous Vide cooking became popular in France as a cooking method back in 1970 by the now famous Roux brothers.

Our cooking method allows us to cook Gourmet Menus, delicious in every respect achieving a consistent high quality that the consumer will love.

This product is ideal for both retail and foodservice Markets. Whether it's Beer Bacon or Roasted Red Onion, or Red Wine and Rosemary Lamb Shank, we have the ability to tailor make our products to your consumer.

Typically weight ranges from 300g to 600g per pack.

  • Beef Casserole: With selected fresh vegetables
  • Steak & Ale: With mushrooms, parsley & cracked black pepper
  • Beer, Bacon & Roasted Red Onion: With delicious diced liver in fine gravy

  • Gaelic Style Lamb Hot Pot: With selected fresh vegetables

  • Mexican Style BBQ Pork Ribs: With a delicious South American Sauce
  • Beef Stroganoff: Strips of steak bathed in a fine sherry sauce
  • Bolognaise: With an Italian style bolognaise sauce
